I lucked up getting Monique as my Realtor. This was my first time purchasing a home and after filing bankruptcy I didn't think it was possible but she showed me the way and made it happen. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me when I had questions, not to mention very prompt and on time and available when I wanted to look at different houses. She even helped me with making sure I was able to put down the least as possible for my down payment/closing cost.
