I began my real estate career in 1989. Working through-out the years I have had the opportunity to gain a great deal of experience in the marketing as well as selling of residential, multi family, commercial, acreage as well as raw land, housing developments and waterfront properties. I am quite experienced and have been highly productive increasing the number of properties in which I have brokered every year over the past 18 years. Due to working with great people and hard work, I have been able to receive numerous honors which include Coldwell Bankers Sterling and Diamond Awards, and Coldwell Banker’s Presidents Circle award in 1999-2006 for being one of the top producers in North America. In 2004 I was honored as one of the top three agents in our areas franchise. I am licensed as an Associate Broker, a higher licensing designation set forth in Washington State, as well as achieving a Certified Residential Specialist designation which is held by only 5% of Real estate agents
