Morgan Hulen

Morgan is a Columbia Mo native but he has not lived here his whole life. For 18 years he was a professional artist and dancer with a ballet company, a tap dance company and most recently, an international touring company. Exploring the world, traveling and performing has expanded his understanding of people and processes and has grown his listening and relationship skills. Morgan is also a real estate investor and entrepreneur who has personally renovated many homes and understands construction materials and processes, plus he is knowledgable about real estate as an investment. His overarching goal is to never "sell" but to provide customer service above and beyond what others can and do provide so that each one of his clients has the best real estate buying or selling experience possible!
