- Morgan helped me buy a home
we really liked him as a person. But one thing we wanted to do is put a pool in the home we purchased Morgan should of been aware that the home we did purchased was unable to have a pool due to where leach lines are located and the rock report that came to us after the fact. We also did work on home to get the loan to pass per VA guidelines. looking back Morgan should of done it. so he gets 3 stars just because being nice not for knowledge or negotiating
