I contacted Moya at beginning as a tenant to look for renting a place around Lansdale, PA due to my wife work move. The inconvenient things from my side are that we were in Chicago at that time and cannot travel to PA to view the property by ourself due to Covid 19. Additionally, we were specifically looking for single family house under this Covid 19 crisis due to we have a 3.5 year old. The worse thing is that there is limited supply of single family house around the lansdale region for renting. Moya did a tremendous job to help us to contact the property owner or listing agent to set up viewing time and asking the details immediately after the post going alive. (PS: I was also doing my individual search for weeks and find out most of the nice single family house normally will be rented out within 3 to 5 days after the posting....) Moya even went beyond to give us a comprehensive virtual tour of the property under this Covid 19 crisis, and answering all the questions we have about different things about the houses, area and so on.
