Myranda not only helped us to sell our first home but then helped us to find the home we are now currently living in. We LOVED working with Myranda because she was so down to earth and just made the whole experience easy. I was dreading the whole experience because I was pregnant but she pretty much took care of everything. Searching for a home in Arizona during the summer, plus being pregnant wasn't an ideal situation but she worked with us and we found not only a house but a neighborhood that we love. Made the whole experience painless. We were actually sad when we were done with the whole process because at the end, we saw her more as a friend. I recommend her to friends and family now and will look for her in the future if we ever decide to move again

Myranda had very good ideas on how to prepare our house for sale. She and her stager made several suggestions which helped us get an offer quickly. I would highly recommend Myranda

Miranda is amazing. She sold a home for me in record time and helped me find a new home. She also took care of everything for the new home, including setting up inspections and providing the mortgage company. I highly recommend her services!

Myranda is a great agent, and a great person, she was very knowledgeable, and patient through the whole process. She gave us great advice, and she listened to what we needed as a family and gave recommendations based on that. You wont regret choosing her as your agent

My experience with Myranda was spectacular. Her wealth knowledge of all processes ensured a painless experience from beginning to end. She found us exactly what we were looking for in the price range we were looking for in no time at all. She was always quick to respond to our questions and there was never any miscommunication between buyer and seller. Even after we moved in she was still in communication with us offering assistance. We had a new washing machine but it that was incorrectly installed causing water damage. She was able to provide contacts that were able to assist quickly. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
