For any friends moving to the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area - you want Nadine Frost to be your realtor. Trust me on this. She dug so deep on every property we looked at (Im talking road work plans for years in the future, protected land maps, contacting agents to get the real low down on homes). She is a fierce negotiator (getting our purchase price below asking price in an extremely hot market AND getting us money back at closing ). She goes above and beyond, and it has been an absolute pleasure to house hunt with her!! This is our first time buying a home sight unseen and she made this process such a breeze (and after flying down to finally check the house out in person, I loved it even more than I expected! ). She made a huge effort to understand what we were searching for and she met our needs ten times over! After dozens of FaceTime tours (Nadine, I know youre probably thrilled to no longer see me in my pajamas with screaming kids in the background), she found us a gem, and we couldnt be more excited for closing this week!
