Believe me we wasn’t easy but she kept showing us and never once said a negative thing. I will buy my next home from her. If you are looking to sell your house/property look no further than Nadine O'Donnell at Miuccio Real Estate Group. Nadine is very thorough, does her research and presents your property in the best way. We were selling lots in the hamlet of Coeymans and she did a birds eye view of our lots which showed the lots' relationship to the Hudson River and surrounding area. She returned my calls/texts promptly. We live out of state and she did the research needed to get us listed. Nadine is a pleasure to work with and does her job with grace and a smile( in our case, a smile in her voice as we were communicating via email, phone and text).

The amount of effort and Nadine put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she walked me through the “big picture.” From there on out, Nadine was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Nadine does it. I would 100% do this over again with her if I was in the market again! Definitely recommend!!

Nadine was a god-send, to us. She listed, and sold, our previous home, as well as helping us to find our current, during a very hot housing season. Should we decide to buy another home, down the road, Nadine will be our first call. I'd give her 6 stars, if I could.
