We cannot overstate our appreciation in working with Nadine in the sale of our home where we lived for 35 years. She more than earned her commission by handling details that could be overlooked by a seller (or buyer), making the emotional process of selling your home much less stressful. She has an amazing feel for the pulse of the market, and what price at which to list the home. We first had her over to appraise what we needed to do in order to ready the property for sale. Upon visiting us for the first time and looking at our home, she told us that the home was ready for sale immediately and provided a minimum price that the home would sell for, in her opinion. Based upon her assessment, we decided to sell. When we prepared the home for sale, she wanted to have a weekend long open house. Since we had already purchased our retirement residence, we enjoyed a relaxing Mothers Day weekend and left the rest to Nadine.
