Nahar Ali

I’m Nahar Ali, Lead Agent at Woodgate Realty and an active Michigan-licensed real-estate salesperson. I began my real-estate career in 2001 through residential appraisal work and real-estate investing, and I have been affiliated with Woodgate Realty since 2014. Since the beginning of my career, I have helped complete the sale of more than 1,000 residential and commercial properties. My property-management experience and appraisal background help me understand value, condition, risk, and opportunity. I work with buyers, sellers, property owners, business owners, and investors evaluating residential, commercial, land, multifamily, industrial, retail, and income-property opportunities in Michigan. I speak English and Arabic. My goal is to listen carefully, explain the options and tradeoffs clearly, and provide practical market guidance, negotiation, and transaction support.
