Where would we be without Naima? Still in an apartment! Naima was instrumental in our house search, and helped us find a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. She hand held us throughout the entire process, from scoping out a variety of cities and properties, to literally sitting right next to us as we signed on the final dotted line. She ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible from start to finish. I was immediately impressed with her vast knowledge of the DFW area, the buying/selling process, and especially about what to look for (and to avoid) in a home. She helped us identify both the positives and negatives at each house whether it was regarding the foundation, schools, floor plan, interior features, or even exterior elements that would impact our ability to sell in the future. I would even catch her arriving early to speak to the neighbors to get the scoop on the house we were about to look at! She has a large network of references from direct lenders to mortgage brokers to home inspectors to structural engineers, and was even able to recommend landscaping and renovation specialists for us. And while all of her professional qualifications are the exact things you should look for in your Realtor, the thing that really stuck with us the most is that Naima is just a genuinely caring person who does everything in the best interest of her clients. Both her experience and personality made us feel 100% comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process- and buying a home is a stressful one to say the least. There wasnt one time when I questioned her ability to get the job done, whether it was getting us a house visit at the very last minute or being the hard-nosed negotiator we needed when finalizing the sale. She was amazing with our kids (a 2 and 4 year old!), which was so helpful when we would visit 5 houses in a row. If you have children then you know how challenging that is. It was almost like having a baby-sitter coming with us on our house visits =). Any concerns we had, Naima took care of it. All I can say is that we feel extremely blessed and fortunate that we found Naima (through others referrals by the way), and you cant go wrong with having her as your Realtor. Naima Sumner was my real estate agent that helped me buy a house. Naima is a Professional, Talented, Sharp, Extremely Knowledgeable and most VERY PATIENT agent I have met on the market. In one day, Naima and my family had gone through the whole metroplex looking for houses, and I am saying from Frisco, to Carrollton, Lewisville, Irving, Valley Ranch, Coppell, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Southlake, Westlake, Raonoke,,,, and much more,,, it took us few months to find our happiness,,, but everytime she found something she would send us pictures and follow up with a call,, and schedule a visit,, she would provide us a market comparison for the findings,,, now going back to the negotiation part of my experience with Naima,,, I do not believe any agent can get me the deal that Naima had gotten me,,, She knocked down thousands of dollars,,, I was very impressed that I was going to live in a house like that with less money that I thought it would take to step in. I highly recommend her to any real estate deal,, She is a very honest person,, She loves what she does,,, never seen a sign of frustration,, always with a big smile,, never says no to anything,,, If I asked to look at a house on one side of the metroplex and then another on the opposite side of the metroplex,, she was always OK with it,,, I also happened to like few houses that showed foundation issues and stuff, but I didn't know better,,, but Naima was able to quickly show me the signs and guide me through,,, what I learned from Naima the past 3 to 4 months,, I can become a real estate agent now,,, and last but not least,, I walked in yesterday to my new home, and found a bunch of presents that Naima left,,, I could not thank her enough,,

Naima is not only a five stars realtor, she really is worthy of more than 5 stars. because she is the type that goes above and beyond and takes the extra mile doing her job , very knowledgeble, prompt, didecated, professional, set aside her very freindly and pleasant personality. naima just made our first home buying experience(that could be stresful and a burden to so many others) the most exciting, enjoyable, easy experience from the begining to the end. not only that but she is still assisting and benefiting us with her big knowledge and experince even after closing.
