We all know purchasing your first home can be scary, frustrating, and not knowing what to expect. The process of buying a home is anything but simple. This was not the case with our experience with Najib Alami. From the very first call to the day we received the keys to our home , our experience with Najib Alami and his amazing team was always professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was quick with addressing our needs and requests, and aligned us with the right tools and resources. We were always able to see where we were in the process of moving towards closure, and I liked that. Communication was quick and always detailed. He answered every question we had and lived up to every aspect of what he said he would do. I cannot imagine an easier process for buying a home. It was a GREAT experience, very easy and uncomplicated. I am a first-time home buyer that had a rough start to my home search. I knew exactly what I wanted and put 4 offers on houses that fit my criteria. Unfortunately, all four houses sold to another buyer for the exact amount I placed the offers for. Based on this information, I stopped my search until I found Najiib. Luckily, I knew Najiib previously before knowing he was a real estate agent and knew what an awesome guy he was. Najiib has an outgoing personality that ultimately led to the closing of my first home, on the first offer. We found three homes that met our needs, and Najiib got us in all three houses in the same day and even made a convenient itinerary of how we would view the homes. While viewing the homes, Najiibs personality rubbed off on everyone and made the visits fun, exciting, and pulled a little more detail from the seller and listing agents. At the third home, which was for sale by owner, Najiib connected with the seller the day before our viewing. He was able to get every little detail on the home, the history, and how motivated the seller was. After letting Najiib know that this was a house we wanted, he immediately started the conversation with the seller to work out all details. Needless to say, our purchasing process was seamless and a breeze. Najiib was there to support me throughout the closing process, offering advice, sending information I requested, and in communication with the seller. With the assistance of Najiib, I was able to close in 28 days with no issues. I could not have asked for a better purchasing and agent experience.

My family and I have had the unfortunate luck to move often. When we put our current house up for sale, we called a few realtors. In this "sellers" market, we had some tell us how much we could get our house for, and wanted to list for what seemed a sky high price without evidence to support said numbers. We all like money, but that is not the only aspect of buying and selling a house. We wanted to sell to and work with people who make it somewhat pleasurable (The process can be stressful enough that we didn't want to work with unreasonable buyers or agents.). Najib gave us realistic and reasonable goals, and still we sold for much over listing price! Our Initial interview was very detailed and thorough. He walked us through what he offers his clients, and how he would take care of us. He kept his word! He was so easy to work with, and this latest experience was truly our easiest! Always professional, courteous, and happy to help, Najib is one of the best and honest realtors we've worked with! We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor!

My wife and I have been on the search for a dream retirement property. With the market there hasn't been much time to deal with delays. Majority of the listings that we had been watching disappeared within a matter of hours! After working with Najib I understand how that is possible. My wife seen the listing at midnight while she was at work. Messaged me, I approved the property, contacted Najib, and at 1 in the morning our offer had been submitted! It is hard to find customer service like that! We had quite a battle with the title company but Najib was there to stick it out all the way to the end, with closing. If you want a realtor that has a great personality, is friendly, knowledgable, and committed then you want Najib. He helped my husband and me find out 1st home. He listened to everything we were looking for and more. If we had a question and he didn't know the answer he was making a call or email to find it for us. We started out with a lender and they were not very fast or good at communication. Najib reach out to one he knew and within hours we were working towards our pre-qualification. We always felt like his only clients as he was there for us no matter what. My husband and me are so blessed to have Najib as a friend

Najib had a buyer for our home in 3 weeks at a time when many homes sit on the market for months... He was so knowlegable and easy to work with and had such a clear plan for selling our home. The staging, photos, 3D tours and brochures were amazing. We always knew he had the best intentions for us and definitely went above and beyond all our expectations! At one point we were in a tough spot with the inspection due to snow on our roof, Najib bought a snow rake and personally removed the snow so the inspection could be completed! We would recommend Najib without any hesitation. He's a great realtor and a wonderful person!

During this entire home buying process, Najib played a critical role in ensuring we not only found the perfect house for us, but also a house with the best value. Residing in a different state, it was challenging trying to find the right house sight unseen. However, Najib remained pro-active by looking at multiple properties,negotiating the best deal, and he made sure that we were getting the latest updates on properties that were hitting the market and he took the time to make sure that he understood our criteria so no time was wasted. While I agree that you can find many great realtors online and having worked with many in the past - Najib is our top choice AND our go to guy when in comes to our real estate needs in Colorado but don't just take our word for it, give him a call and see for yourself. We have no doubt that Najib will take great care of you and your family's home buying needs. We would highly recommend him!

He is fun to work with, and went over what i expected. Very professional, on his point. Very good at his job, very happy with everything he did for us.

Najib had our backs every step of the way! He went above and beyond to make sure all our many, many questions were answered and that we felt comfortable with every decision we made.
