The real challenge came with our first-time homebuyers, who discovered minor issues like a malfunctioning sprinkler and major ones such as a faulty water heater or high radon levels. Nancy promptly addressed the problems, or found someone that could, ensuring the transaction closed successfully. Thanks to her network of contractors, I was able to get a new roof and radon mitigation system installed without going way over budget.
