After we went under contract, she handled everything for us as we were out of state. There were issues with the builder of the home, and she handled them all for us. We felt like we didn't need to worry because she took care of everything. We even got a text one day saying that it had snowed, and had shoveled our driveway to protect our concrete. Nancy went above and beyond, and I would recommend her to anyone.
