This was the most awful experience I could’ve had selling my house! I don’t recommend Carolyn “Scarlet” Boren to anyone! She was always rushing me & any questions I had, she bullied me into lowering the price to a price lower than I wanted, she didn’t communicate with me & allowed an inspector in my house without my knowledge putting my pets & home at risk, she belittled & talked down to me on group communications, she reduced her 6% commission to 5.85% & threw that in my face in every conversation even though I never even asked her to reduce her commission. Horrible & very stressful experience!!!!
