We relied on Nancy's many years of experience to represent us on this transaction and she handled the sale of this property to ensure that we were protected to the fullest extent possible. Nancy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She sold my Mother's house in Laguna Woods when another realtor couldn't. When it was time for me to buy two years later, Nancy was only one I wanted. She worked endlessly to find my a place and then when I did she negotiated with the banks realtor like nobodys business. Ms. Nancy Bank is not only a super Real Estate Agent, is also a wonderful person. She was our agent to sell a house and again our agent to buy a house. The prices for selling and buying of the houses were excellent. We were really satisfied. She is a seller's as well as a buyer's agent. When we first met Nancy she was in our area putting out flyers, I beleive, for the houses around the neighborhood she was showing. Nancy was superb in assisting us with the sale of this property. It was an extremely complex transaction as we had to wait for the buyers to sell 3 of their homes to purchase ours.
