Many Thanks to Miss Nancy. She has been outstanding in buying my home and selling it a couple years later. She always responds to emails and answers her phone when you call. Nancy was spectacular to work with! After interviewing a few realtors in town I couldn't have made a better choice. Nancy is very knowledgable about the market, economic issues, comps in the area and is on numerous sights to increase exposure and to reach as many potential buyers as possible. Nancy is not only a very good listener and is focused on each clients needs and goals, she is honest and will tell you what you need to know, even if it is something you don't want to hear, at least she tells you the truth. She is a person of her word and followed through on everything that was discussed and had the house under contract within the estimated time frame she projected.
