Nancy Fudge

I am generally not a review writer but in Nancy's case, I must so as to let everyone know that she is great. Nancy was recommended to me by people at the Wilmington Senior Center as an invaluable real estate information source at the time I needed to rent out our family home when my mother went into an Assisted Living facility. Nancy was a huge help: she was incredibly attentive, provided me invaluable market and process insights, guided me with information for things I should consider when seeking contractors for property repairs, and even "went the extra mile" to take care of minor house tasks when I was out of town. To summarize, she went far beyond what would have been "great service". I trust her completely and recommend her to everyone without reservation. And not only is she all these things work-wise, she is one of the nicest and funniest people I have had the pleasure to work with.

My wife and I definitely would not have been able to buy our house without Nancy's help. We've never purchased a home before, so when we went to an open house and found the property we knew we'd like to buy we didn't know what to do about it. Nancy met with us that day, late on a Sunday, and was able to get our offer in the same day.We ended up in a bidding war with a few other couples, but on Nancy's advice we were able to just edge out the other bids. Nancy is THE BEST. She isn't a pushy agent, trying to sell you houses you don't want. She talked with us openly about the up- and downsides of each property she went to with us, and she helped us find the perfect house. Nancy sold our house in Tewksbury. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have worked with many agents over the years. Nancy helps take the stress out of purchasing a home. Her extensive knowledge in real estate is evident as the process moves along. She is attentive to details and very accessible always quick to answer any questions. She will be at your door with heaters when your furnace goes out due to ice dams before you know it. Nancy Fudge of Fudge Properties is hands down the best Real Estate agent for anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I signed on with Nancy to sell my home. At the time of the first listing I thought I had a clear title. As it turned out, I had the "worst title" ever encountered by Nancy and my lawyer in their combined careers in real estate. The process to clear the title through the courts took eight months. Nancy stayed the course throughout. She is optimistic, determined and will never quit. Her confidence and support were invaluable to me. Nancy's knowledge of the market was spot on in terms of pricing my home both times it was listed. All required work on the house was arranged through Nancy as I was not living in the area at the time of the sale. Through the coldest weather New England has seen in years, she kept the house warm and the pipes from freezing with daily visits. Nancy kept in touch with all updates good or bad. She returned my calls promptly and responded to all texts. Communication with her was seamless over the course of 11 1/2 months. I don't believe there is a better person out there to represent you in either buying or selling a home.

There was a power outage so she went to the house to turn the faucets just slightly to keep the pipes from freezing. She also had the driveway plowed and walks shoveled.
