When we found a very similar house to her house (it was in the same subdivision) and I was having a difficult time envisioning what the house looked like with furniture, she invited me over to her home to give me a better idea. Before every house we looked at she researched the home beforehand and took down notes of our likes and dislikes in the home. She used these notes to select other potential. Working with Nannette to sell our home has been a great experience for us. She is everything you would want in a real estate agent and more! She was very prompt with all her communication and would proactively set up weekly calls and status updates for us. She kept a very sharp eye on the comps and other properties in the neighborhood and would promptly text or email us with any updates that could impact us. One thing that stands out with her is that she never rushed or forced us into a decision that we were not comfortable with. She would always offer her advice and then let us take the call based on her inputs. She always had balanced advice with the pros and cons.
