I am a born and raised Washingtonian. I have lived in Lewis, Thurston and currently Pierce counties. I started in real estate in 2010 with an investment group. I believe this gives me an upper hand over most agents because I know the true value and potential of properties. I have the ability to see a property for what it is and more importantly what it could be. I also have a much more in depth knowledge of marketing and the extreme importance it plays in this industry. Communication and a fierce belief in follow up are my core strengths.
