My husband and I relocated to Chapel Hill last November in preparation for a lifesaving surgical procedure to be performed at UNC Hospital. Nata was recommended to us by a friend to assist us in finding a suitable residence. Originally, we intended to live in an apartment or other rental property. Nata was a great help to us in our search even though there was no economic benefit of any kind to her. After a little while, it was clear to us that we needed to purchase a small home to better ensure the best recovery possible following surgery. Through all of this Nata, provided top level service during our home search and afterwards. She was a true professional and friend. She exceeded our expectations on many fronts. On one of our trips to Chapel Hill, I left my telephone at the hospital. Nata went to the facility, picked up my phone and overnighted it to me at her expense. She did not accept any reimbursement for her shipping costs or for her time. After our home closing, Nata accompanied us to several local retailers to help us find home furnishings, suitable colors and styles. Nata was terrific Even though we have been in our home for a full year, we still talk with Nata from time to time. She always has recommendations for handymen, dentists, hairdressers and, frankly, anything else. We feel lucky to have had Nata working with us. She made all the difference. Handled coordination with all vendors...repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roof and more. Staged the home. After helping me land the home in my desired Chapel Hill neighborhood she coordinated all the inspections, gave me the contacts to all the services I needed to make updates before I moved it. From the countertop installer, carpenter, and painter all her contacts did fantastic work and I was able to get quick dates with them because she recommended me to them. We had to sell two houses, ours and my wife's mother's, at the very outset of the pandemic. We had been working with Nata for months looking for the right place for us to move and preparing our house to place on the market. Nata could easily make her living as an interior designer and her guidance in preparing our house, and the skilled craftsmen she brought in to do the needed work, made our sale, at full price, very easy. It sold the first weekend. She eventually found a place we wanted to buy after she saw its potential through a number of cosmetic shortcomings. Regarding my mother-in-law's house, that story is just too fantastic. She guided the presentation of a 60-year-old house so that we had 11 offers on the first weekend and a sale well above ask. Purchasing my mother-in-law's condo, in a retirement community, was very complicated and Nata was able to steer us through uniquely unusual circumstances. Through it all, Nata was supportive, encouraging and a lot of fun. This woman has a great laugh. And she is tireless.
