Natalee Kelaher

Before becoming a Realtor, Natalee Kelaher worked in the Texas Medical Center for 15 years – first in Human Resources and then as an Academic Administrator. In those roles, she assisted numerous health care professionals and trainees transitioning to the Houston area. Working with all levels of professionals and personality types, she grew to understand how much everyone's needs are different and developed great instincts about how to provide the most help. The practice of assisting her medical residents’ with their transition to Houston, added to the more personal experience of searching for and finding what is now Natalee’s and her husband’s current home, fascinated and inspired her to consider a career switch to Real Estate.
