Natalee is such a delight to work with. She has shown me homes when my husband and I were considering a move. We ended up actually staying in our home because of her advice to save money with rolling our pool loan into the mortgage. She missed out on a commission, but still put our dollar above her own. When we do eventually move, she is the only realtor I will work with.

I met Natalie through a mutual friend when I was relocating back to DFW, Natalie went above and beyond to help me find a rental property so we could move back ASAP. Fast forward to 2022, I was ready to purchase a home. I reached out to Natalie and we started the process, the same evening she was sending houses for me to look at. We put in two offers on two different homes as the market was still crazy. Natalie’s attention to detail and knowledge was outstanding through the whole process but during the negotiations she really showed her skills and experience. Also during the inspection process Natalie met a contractor at the house for me to get bids on work needing to be done. As my work schedule conflicted with the contractors schedule. This was also my first home purchase. Natalie kept me informed and up to date on every step of the way. I can’t express how grateful it is to have a real estate agent who truly cares about their clients. I look forward to working with Natalie on my next home!

This was our first time buying a home and we had been through maybe 5 terrible agents from well known companies. But when Natalee came along, she made the best first impression when she called me one evening when my lender referred her and she spoke to me like we had know each other for years. After maybe 30 mins while still in the phone she was sending me pictures of exactly what I was looking for in a home. It’s almost like she knew my mind better than me. That first call was everything. From that point on, she was there for anything we needed through the entire process. It was a new home, so she dealt with the builder on issues, on the walk through. I can’t say enough about Natalee except for if you don’t use her, you don’t know what you are missing out on in an agent. I will never use anyone else.

Buying our first home was kinda scary until we met Natalee . She was the most kind, and patient person I have ever met. She made this process so easy. 10/10 will be using her again in the future!!!
