There is no better feeling then becoming a home owner. From the frustration of not finding the perfect property to the magical moment of signing your closure documents is a heartfelt experience. Or at least It was for me by having my awesome realtor Mrs.Natiile Bates.I was referred to her by her previous client and she was nothing short of amazing. She made my process as easy as possible. From the first time I had a conversation with Mrs. Bates about purchasing a house to my closing date took 27 days. First and foremost she was knowledgeable about a lot of things. From the different type of builders to the fine print in the contracts. She always showed respect to each party we encountered on my journey and she let it be know everything was in my best interest. After narrowing down to the homes I desired I finally chose one. Our viewing process was quite interesting as she inspected the home like it was her purchase. She pointed out things with her realtor vision that I couldnt see. Such thing as curves in the bottom of the kitchen island. She also pointed out painting flaws in the cabinets and the wall that would needed to be fixed upon purchase.After solely being sold on my current home, Mrs.Bates began to give me the run down of what she needed from me. After turning in all of my documents After a week Mrs.Bates had her side of things completed. It always seem like she was waiting on me to go to the next step. She was able to locate a lender and help me with other hurdles such as not having enough direct deposit checks for 2 years. Her negotiating tactics also helped me secure a new washer dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, and dishwasher. I can not thank her for the behind the scenes effort as she was able to find my first home. I will recommend her to any individual looking to purchase a home. Thank you once again Mrs. Bates.
