Natalie was an absolute dream to work with. We moved from Indiana cross-country to Tampa, Florida during the COVID pandemic, and we were first-time homebuyers. She looked at 25 homes for us, and we found the most perfect home and secured a contract 3 days after we started. Due to travel restrictions, we were forced to buy our property site-unseen. Natalie gave us excellent advice about the quality of neighborhood, how safe the area was, how the neighbors acted, and gave us honest advice. When a house or a neighborhood that looked good on the MLS but sketchy on arrival, she told us the honest facts and pointed out the flaws that didn't come out online (neighboring homes looked run-down, property felt cramped, needed a lot of work that wasn't apparent online). She took us around on video calls to see every detail: both those that we wanted to see and those that she knew through experience were important to look for. She made herself available to us, and we felt like we were her number one priority. By the time our home closed, we felt that we were great friends. We will definitely be working with her and recommending her to friends and family in the future.
