Natalie provided top level service in a very challenging 2022 housing market. My husband and I were out-of-state buyers, making the process a bit more challenging. From the start, Natalie listened to our needs and desires and addressed these with each listing. She was quick to respond to texts and emails and had an excellent sense of time sensitive issues. She worked with us while she was on vacation and never missed a beat. She provided detailed video walk-throughs of property. My husband and I are both extremely knowledgeable about real estate in other states.
