My wife and I were looking for a house and we were on a bit of a time crunch to find something before our apartment lease was up. We knew we wanted to buy a house but we were stressed about it. We met with Nate and told him we needed to be moved into a new house in under 2 months. Nate calmed all our fears and was really great at explaining the whole process to us so we could understand it all. Nate didnt just talk the talk though, he was able to help us close on the very first house we put an offer on, beating out 10+ other offers! We know if we didnt have Nate, we wouldnt have gotten an accepted offer. He was really creative with making his offer to really make ours stand out and help us win. Hes also an awesome person that just makes the stress of trying to buy a house super easy and care-free. Nate is a realtor who really knows what hes doing, is very patient with you, listens to what you want, and at the end of the day is someone you know you can trust. If youre struggling to find a realtor and dont know where to go, then stop here. You wont find anyone better. 10/10 would go with Nate again.

We recently purchased a home, all thanks to Nate Angles. We trusted Nate so much that the home that we live in today was bought via video showing and we couldnt be happier.When we first met Nate, we did not know much about the home buying process. Nate was kind enough to explain and make us understand all the required things. He always gave his honest opinion and rooted for us to have the best. Time is of essence in todays market. Nate was very helpful in getting us showings, he even helped us get showings as soon as we asked for it for all of the houses. During, the showings he would tell us about the qualitative things about the house, by which we were very impressed. We had done a lot of showings in person, but we had to be out of town for three weeks. This is when we landed on our accepted offer and we are glad that we opted for virtual showing.Nate was there with us through out the process.
