BEST house selling/buying experience weve had!! Nate did a great job in advertising our home, gots us tons of views, multiple offers, and even negotiated a rent back clause into our sale so we wouldnt be stressed or rushed to move. He also helped and coached us through buying our new home while listing our current property! He was very thorough, and organized an additional sewer scope, outside of the regular home inspection, which I really appreciated since the home I was interested in was built in the 1970s.
