Let me tell you something, if you want a professional, attention detailed and responsible person on your side in the process of buying a home DEREK DAVIGNON is your person. He told us from day 1, if we text him he will respond within 1 hr and he was right. Every single time we text him, to ask him a question, no matter the time or day he would respond within 15 minutes, sometimes 1 minute later :-), He took the extra mile to explain to us the process and found our 1st investment property. He made sure to get us in quick to see all the homes we wanted to see. He showed us, we were important and we mattered. We had a realtor prior to him that never got back to us and took sometimes 2 weeks to see homes. So switching him to Derek was the best thing we did. We are so happy we did because Derek showed us what a realtor should be like. When we search for another home, we will definitely be looking for Derek again.

Aaron Niedzwiadek is THE most professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic , Get the job done realtor I have ever worked with on my business for the last 39 years of flipping houses.
