Top notch realtor. Im one of those people who asks a million questions a thousand different ways, and of course we were being picky. If it annoyed Nathan, I would have never known, as he was always patient and never made me feel bad about it. He still answers questions I have about the house or taxes. He ran interference with my idiot mortgage lenders. He even installed a brand new garbage disposal for us when we moved in. You will definitely not be disappointed with Nathan by your side!

Nathan helped us sell our old house and buy a new one. He was very knowledgeable about buying and selling. He was always responsive to my phone calls and always returned my messages quickly. When we were showing our house, he would call the agents who showed our property to get feedback. He gave great advice about what we should and should not do, to update and get our home ready. When we were buying, we had a house built, and he came to all of our meetings with the builder. He was always asking and listening to our concerns and following up. He is personable and he worked hard for us. Nathan is a great realtor.

Once we decided to put our home on the market, we wound up calling Nathan @Home Smart, purely from the signs we had seen in the neighborhood.He returned my call quickly, we made an appointment to meet up, when he came over, he was honest with us, worked with us to take pictures, put them on the net and quickly listed our home. We were under a time constraint to get our home sold ASAP, in order to get into our new build, and Nathan made it happen!Funny enough, it was the 11th hour on the final day, when we got the call, from Nathan, Ive got a buyer! We closed the next day!Nathan is patient, honest and very trustworthy and we will definitely use his services again!

We felt that he had the right balance of things that you look for in a realtor. We believe as our realtor, Nathan kept things simple and guided us towards our ultimate goal of a timely closing. We really liked that he focused on essential items to stage the home, rather than some of the fussy things other agents had suggested such as "you must power wash the kitchen skylight" or "you need to only have white towels in bathrooms." While we were moving out of state and not buying locally, we feel like Nathan would have been a great buyers agent also!
