As buyers over a long search period, we contacted numerous realtors. Sometimes we did not get the greatest of help and we may have missed out on a few due to unavailable realtors. His dad was a builder. So he has done, roofing, tile, framing, and the rest of the trades.You can count on Nathan to know a good house from a bad one. We bought our home from him sight unseen. His knowledge was given freely and without reservations. We got exactly what he described.But it did not end there. We pulled in after 2 days of hard driving all dirty and tired not looking forward to unloading the van. We pull up and here was Nathan with his building crew to unload the truck. I was buying my first home with another realty company, and everything was so disjointed and overwhelming, and the realtor I was working with separated from the realty company and wanted to take my account with him but it just got too overwhelming for me I backed out.
