I can not recommend Nathan enough as a real estate professional. He is extremely knowledgable about the Coachella Valley market. He is a great listener and took his time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He held my hand through the buying process even when there was an issue with my mortgage company. He offered me resources to take care of plumbing, painting, floors, etc. He provided a planning tool that made coordinating all the steps involved with a move from setting up utilities, forwarding mail, etc. I would recommend Nathan whole heartedly if you are looking for a home in the area.
