I have so many positive things to say about Paula, I hope I don't forget important qualities. First, she is incredibly competent. Tackles new projects, learns new systems, then teaches the rest of us...with patience. There are a lot of competent people around--what makes Paula stand out is her attitude. Her upbeat cheerfulness is contagious and directly affects the atmosphere at the office. Her approach to problems is "can do"; she doesn't get flustered. I appreciate the way she "owns" a project and does a top notch job. Added to that is that she is kind and generous. I hope she doesn't ever leave as long as I work at Keller Williams because no one can take her place.

Paula is knowledgeable and forthcoming in her capacity as Director of Operations at Keller Williams Realty. She will go out of her way to answer a question or give hands on help with the many technological elements available to a Keller Williams agent.

Paula and her team helped us purchase a beautiful beach cottage on Oak Island, NC to add to our rental portfolio. Her team made the transaction so smooth and easy, repair negotiations were made quickly and fairly. We will definitely be using her again for additional investment properties!

We worked with Paula to sell our home of 13 years and purchase another residence, and we have no end of good things to say about our experience with her. Paula was such a blessing to have as our realtor for purchasing our first home! We had A LOT of criteria for our first home and were on a strict timeline.
