Neal was great to work with! He was very accommodating to the many showings I requested. He was very thorough in explaining the details of the offer I was making and assisted skillfully with communication between myself and the sellers.

During our adventures of applying to rent our house Neal was amazing! He was always there to answer any an all of our questions by phone calls, text message and/or email! We had a very difficult time with getting into our house and he did everything he could to help us out! it was so reassuring to known that we had such a great realtor by our side!! Even after we got into our house he has kept in contact with us and checking in to make sure we are happy and satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend him!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Neal was a full service realtor! Found me the house of my dreams and negotiated a heck of a deal! Guy even showed up to plow my driveway after the snownami when he found out I broke my shoulder! Look forward to many more deals in the future with such a professional! Highly recommend to anyone interested in real estate.

I was referred to Neal at NRG's Dreamteam by a trusted friend of ours. I was anxious yet nervous to work with someone I didn't know for something I didn't know much about. Purchasing a first time home is a huge commitment and a nerve racking process! I didn't want someone who was going to pressure me into buying something for them to make a buck.Luckily, all of my fears went away when I met Neal for our first showing! He was so easy to chat with and made me realize that he was on MY side, and not in it for the sale. He was professional, yet easy going. He supported me and my boyfriend in all of our decisions and desires for our home! I felt like he was our partner in the process!He responded so quickly to all of my messages to him and was eager to get to a listing we wanted to see. A HUGE point that made me feel great was how knowledgeable he was on home features, whether it was structural, plumbing, electric, or ideas for renovation. If there was a home we looked at that was not worth the asking price or he saw issues with he'd suggest we say "no" and not purchase. This meant a LOT to me that he was looking out for our future and security. He led me in the right direction for financing and inspection and everything in between! Neal was extremely helpful with our first real estate purchase, we could not have gotten through the offer, counteroffers, purchase agreement extensions (100% due to seller delay) without him. He was very helpful in advising us on which repairs to require from the seller and on how much to offer. We appreciate the late nights he put in helping us bring the purchase to a close!!

Before I begin this review I just want to say that I rented from Neal and RealtyConnect before purchasing my home. As a renter, RealtyConnect is top notch and repairs made on the townhouse was super fast. Everything is done online on their easy to use website, this includes paying rent and requesting maintenance. I had nothing but great experiences with RealtyConnect and decided that once I was ready, Neal would help me look for a house as well. The home buying process was super easy. Neal Lawson took time to explain and answer any questions I had in regards to the financial aspect and questions about the home buying process. If he did not know the question himself, he was quick to research the question. Neal was quick to answer text messages and phone calls, all within several minutes. I was even surprise to see him texting back 2am in the morning saying he will book the houses I sent him. His quick responses and showings allowed me to see homes the first few hours it was put on market. I work a 7-3 job in the south suburbs and sometimes could not view houses until later in the evening. Neal had no issues going above and beyond, making his schedule work with us. If Neal was not available, he would find someone else from the MN Dream Team that would be able to do showings. Neal is very honest and will stare you away from buying a house that is simply not "worth it". He doesn't push the sale on you to make money, he is there to help you find the dream home you want. I just wanted to note that there was an offer I made on a house that had to be submitted in a few hours time.
