In 2009 I purchased my first home and was so lucky to have had Nedy!! Being a first time homebuyer the buying process can be a bit overwhelming, but Nedy made the process so easy. She was in constant communication throughout the closing process. She even checked in on me a month after closing to make sure everything was working out in my new home. We listed our house with Nedy in January and it was sold in June. During the months the house was listed we were out of the country and Nedy helped us in all our needs. She went out of her way all the time and I feel we could not have gone through this process with anyone better and more helpful than her. We had numerous issues, most common that lights were left on after a showing by another agent and she went by the house after each showing to make sure that lights are turned off and the house is secured and ready for the next showing. One time another agent even lost the keys to our house which Nedy found in the lawn after she found out about this issue. Once we found a serious buyer Nedy also helped us in getting estimates and arranging repairs in our house. All-in-all I can only praise her for all she has done for us and I really think that without having her as our real estate agent we could not have sold our house so easily and without any worries.

Nedy was very helpful in taking us through a short sale purchase. Educating us on what to expect, times frames etc. Also helping to move other agent along the process so things got done as timely as possible. Once we closed she was able to help us find a seasonal renter late in the season so we were happy with that as it helped offset some of the expenses we had when purchasing and furnishing the house.
