We worked with Nelson to buy a home that was out of our area (we are from Fair Oaks and bought in San Francisco) and in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Since we were not local, we were unfamiliar with the nuances of that market it was a complex sale. As a result, what really stood out to us was that Nelson helped educate us about the market so we could make informed choices. Buying in San Francisco in 2022, it took months to find the right home. This meant many trips to see houses that were drive 2+ hour drive each way and Nelson was always up for the long drive and the long days of looking at up to a dozen houses in a day. He is professional but also very personable and always contributes insightful ideas to the process. Furthermore, we bid and lost 5 houses before we found the one and when we started to get discouraged, he kept our spirits up. At one point, we were tired and a bit discouraged so we took a break from looking and he easily accommodated (simply checking in on occasion) and at another point a few month later we wanted to move in warp speed and he accommodated that as well by staying in frequent communication. We are exceptionally grateful to Nelson. He is the agent you need no matter what your needs happen to be.
