Neta Collier

I met Neta quite by accident. I was looking at a foreclosure property, and she was the listed agent. I reached out to her, and she very quickly got back to me and very patiently walked me through the ups and downs of foreclosures. About 2 months later, my wife found a property that we very quickly became very interested in. As I remembered Neta, I reached out to her to see if she could help us. Neta was nothing short of wonderful to work with. She answered every question we came up with, answered questions on nights and weekends, and was always there when we needed her. If I was going to buy again, Neta would be the first person I would speak to.

As first time home buyers, my husband and i had lots of questions in regards to budgets, space and location. Neta took the time to answer each and every question we had, she worked with our schedules. What we liked most about Neta, was that she knew exactly what we wanted, what we were looking for and always aimed to meet our expectations. We cannot Thank her enough.

Neta made buying easy. She met with me in person to ask what kind of house I was interested in and when I planned to buy. She was very knowledgeable of the buying process and quickly responded to any questions.

Neta has exceeded our expectations in every way. She was always accessible, knowledgeable, there was constant communication with her, she was on top of every situation and communication with our sellers when we found our house and we knew she always had our best interest in mind every step of the way. She was always available if something popped up last minute. Finding a home is stressful and hard to navigate through, but Neta helped us so much and made this process so much easier and less stressful for us

Neta has a great personality and knows the realty process very well. Working in the city was a new frontier for her, but she jumped right in and was very prepared for every property that we saw.

Neta is an AMAZING broker. She has such a sweet personality but she is most certainly a go getter! She made our dreams come true by finding the perfect house for us, and really making it happen. We couldn't have picked it better ourselves. It's like she knew us better then we knew ourselves!

Neta did an excellent job helping me buy my first home. I particularly appreciated her willingness for flexibility as my fiance and I work opposite schedules. Neta was willing to schedule single showings when we were unable to find multiple houses to see, or try to schedule multiple showings of the same house to be sure we were fully satisfied before moving forward on any properties.
