Nhieu helped us with our purchase of a 3 Bedroom townhouse in Burlingame. Nhieu came to us with this off-market opportunity since the seller was doing a 1031 exchange and we immediately went into contract. Nhieu with the help of her managing broker was able to provide us great contacts for financing the purchase and moving the escrow process along. We recommend Nhieu for her ability to offer buyers non-traditional opportunities and her promptness in answering questions and providing details.

We weren't planning on buying a home because the market is very competitive in the Bay Area and we're pretty happy with our low rent in our SSF rental with a great landlord. We didn't think it would be possible to get all the things we wanted in a place within the budget that we needed to stay under. We were looking for a relatively new construction to avoid costly repairs. It needed to be min 3/2 with parking for 2 cars for our family to expand into. The list goes on so we were pleasantly surprised when Nhieu was able to find us something. We really feel lucky that we found a place while others are still looking 2 yrs later without success. We recommend her without hesitation.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a place that fits both our needs. It's not easy in the Peninsula to find something that we both liked and within budget. We're lucky we found Nhieu through a connection at my girlfriend's work. She helped us find a place and was able to get it for only 6k more than the most recent comp even though our unit had about 75k more worth of upgrades than the other unit. We definitely will recommend her to our friends. I already recommended her to my mom to help her buy a place.

My wife and I are very happy that we met Nhieu at her open house in Burlingame. We were looking at condos but in the end with Nhieu's help, we got a beautiful house. We were one of 15 offers and we beat the second highest offer (same non-contingent terms as our offer) by $888. For a million dollars plus home, Nhieu did a great job pricing the offer. The backup offer wanted to go 100k more but the listing agent informed us that Nhieu did a great job putting together the offer and they knew that she would make sure the transaction went smoothly. Without Nhieu as our agent, we would not have been able to get our house. We are very grateful for her help.

Wonderful experience!I spoke with Nhieu about commercial rentals spaces in Daly City for my chiropractic practice and was very knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction. I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now but I've been super busy. I'm writing this now because Nhieu deserves this five star review because she's an amazing realtor. Looking for a home is stressful for anyone especially in this crazy market! It's nice to have a knowledgable and caring person guide you through the entire process. Any time I've a question or need, she's there to help me out, doesn't matter the time of day. I'm a night owl and so is she so it's nice that I can text, call or email her in the middle of night. I've never worked with a realtor as responsive as Nhieu has been to my needs. I will certainly tell anyone looking for a realtor that she's the one to go to for help. She's my go to realtor for the rest of my life. :)
