Nica Chen handled the leasing of my home in Corona del Mar. As the owner and prospective landlord of the property, I was impressed by Nica's extreme professionalism throughout the process: (1) Nica handled all aspects of the entire lease process, from initial advertising to the writing of the final lease; (2) she made sure that she was present at all showings of the house, whether she represented the tenant or not; (3) she kept lines of communication open at all times; and, finally, (4) I always felt that both I and my home were safe in Nica's hands.

It was a great comfort for my husband and I to work with Nica as our agent representing us in the purchase of our home. We found a home that we wanted that was on the market for one day and already had several offers. We had to place an offer the next morning to even be considered in the close bidding process. We had one shot at it. As we had just moved to the area from NY we hadn't even met with mortgage brokers yet to secure financing. Nica arranged all contacts with in a few hours on a Saturday and we were secured to make an offer by Sunday morning. Nica through her strong industry contacts gave us information that helped us feel secure in our decision on the offer and value of the home we wanted to purchase. Within 24 hours she negotiated with the selling agent and we purchased our home. Nica's services continued in helping us find contacts for contractors, setting up services and introducing us to our new community. We stay in contact to this day with Nica as a friend in the community.

Nica helped us find a townhome to purchase. She continued to provide leads until we found the right one, handled the negotiation, and followed up on all the details through the closing process. In addition, as it was a rental, she assisted in the rental process, assisting with ads and finding a qualified tenant. All went smoothly with her assistance throughout.
