Working with Nichol to sell our home was a great experience, from the advice she provided during her first walk through about the changes and staging we needed to do, to make the home more attractive to buyers, accommodating our complicated schedule for showings (Covid, working from home, two very young kids, two dogs)... all the way to the final walk thru the day of the closing.
