I can not recommend Nick more! He is the forth real estate agent we have worked with and now will be the only agent my husband and I use for any real estate transaction. We have listed our home with Nick twice and both times he has gotten our house under contract within a day for asking or over. Through the buying process, Nick was very knowledgeable on the best ways we should structure of offer to be as competitive as possible without pushing us to offer more than what was in our comfort level. He is great at making sure he understood our expectations and did everything in his power to meet or exceed those expectations. He always made sure we were able to view the homes we were interested in quickly and was great at letting us know as soon as properties, that met our requirements, came on the market. Selling your home is a very emotional process and Nick was amazing at listening to our concerns and talking us through any road bumps. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to pricing and ensured that our home was priced correctly to pass appraisals. Nick communication with us was stellar he kept us updated on everything that was going on and always answered our calls or text messages promptly. He really made us feel like we were his only clients (which we were not). Again, I can not recommend Nick enough, he truly made our real estate experience positive and rewarding

Nick was an amazing partner in our house buying process, especially for us first time home buyers! He was incredibly personable, knew all the intricacies about the Reno area, and was a huge advocate for us during negotiations with the seller. He is professional, available, diligent, extremely hard-working, has great people skills and is a good negotiator, everything you could ask for in an agent. He was knowledgeable about almost all topics, and if he didn't know something, he kept researching and asking questions until he found the answer. This was a really difficult time to buy because of the competition, and he wrote offer after offer until we found one that was the right fit. He even helped with my case of buyer's anxiety when I was nervous about the purchase. He dealt with several difficult people during the course of the transaction and never became frustrated. I cannot recommend Nick highly enough!
