Nicholas Bourgeois

Nicholas lived all around the country before deciding that there's no place like home. A native Houstonian, he entered real estate to share his love for this city and the community with those who want to make their home here. He enjoys finding the “needle in the haystack”, and managing deals for a diverse clientele, who range from international clients to local Houstonians. Nicholas has an international perspective and a generous heart for all cultures. While studying at Florida State University, he gained a BA in Criminology with a minor in Communication. At the end of his collegiate career he completed a study abroad program in Israel. He knows not only the best restaurants but also stays up to date on local events. Nicholas comes to you with a worldly approach to nuances and niches of each and every block.
