Nicholas Cameron

Nick Cameron came into real estate in early 2005 right after leaving the U.S. Army and found an aptitude for scripts and lead generation. Starting as a solo agent he prospered and built a large team doing 200 transactions a year by 2009 in one of the most recession hit counties in America. Failing forward in hiring, accounting, and management skills, Nick quickly learned that he needed help. Those have become passions for him that he teaches and coaches about to this day. He was recognized as a finalist in National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 in 2009. Nick turned his sales and team passion into a leadership track where he began running offices and growing them in profitability and recruiting through proper means. Turning around more than one office and recruiting over 100 agents in a calendar year Nick has shown that with coaching and accountability anything can be accomplished. Nick further consulted, created, and implemented a new compensation package for a large 700 agent brokerage.
