It was a great experience working with Nick during the past few months. He was very thorough and conscientious of our needs when helping us sell our home of 14 years. From preparing us for the sell, marketing our home, showing our home and negotiating the final details of the sell, he was hands-on every step of the way. Nick impressed us with his marketing plan and had very good follow through. It was very helpful having analytics from the advertising program he developed, too. At all times, we could see the trends and level of interactivity with the ads. In this case, Nick was working with an emotionally-loaded situation--an elderly couple who would have rather stayed in their home. He was very kind and sensitive throughout the process. I have had five (5) transactions with Nick Chillemi. Those have ranged from condo to townhome to single family home. He has assisted me both with selling and buying. I have sought data on neighborhoods, percentages of asking prices versus selling prices, DOM, values of specific home features, historical prices PSF,....to analyze numbers toward offers then buying decisions and Nick was able to provide it every time in the excel spreadsheet format desired along with his analysis and opinions for added insight. Together we have been through challenges including: increasing markets, limited inventories, short sales, recession, inspection discoveries, appraisal needs, emotional parties, inattentive mortgage brokers, unethical persons,.... and I would recommend Nick to help my own parents find a home also.

I've dealt with a lot of real estate professionals throughout my career and Nick is by far the best at what he does. Not only is he very knowledgeable of the Palm Beach County market, he understands how to maximize your dollar. Nick was able to procure the highest selling price in our neighborhood when there was a handful of similar homes on the market. Furthermore, as of April 2015 it is still the highest price since we sold in August 2013. I would recommend Nick to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
