  • Nick listed and sold my home

Selected Nick to list our home because he has expert knowledge of the neighborhood. His approach was to ensure that both the seller and buyer have a positive experience. We Recd an offer 1 week after listing And 2 days before the “Stay at Home” order. In spite of the township and county offices being closed and later only with limited opening, Nick, through his experience and relationships with personnel at these offices managed to get us to closing @ 6 weeks later. We were ecstatic! And grateful.
