Nick was incredible, and we're so lucky to have found him! We were house hunting for nearly two years in an insane housing market, and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and never pushy (such a relief after hearing horror stories about aggressive agents). He was always responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the market and both the buying and selling sides of the process, which made a long and stressful search much easier. When we finally found our dream house, Nick negotiated a better deal than we could have hoped for and went WAY above and beyond to help us navigate a complicated For Sale By Owner situation. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and everyone.

Nicholas did an amazing job with selling my property. He is very easy to work with. My property wasnt getting sold and it was in the market for two months, once I started working with him we got offers within a week and we closed the deal above our asking price.
