- Nicholas helped me buy a home
Nicholas went above and beyond as our realtor. He made the process so much easier and really made us feel confident in the experience. There’s not enough great things to say about Nicholas, he’s an amazing realtor and really puts his clients first. I first met him when I was looking at rental properties. We were trying to get into contact with other realtors but only Nicholas took a chance on us. He really listened to what we wanted and really listened to us and looked at our reactions to each house. He was our biggest champion throughout the process. Once we decided renting wasn’t for us, Nicholas also walked us through our options and made it easy for home ownership. He was available to answer all questions and really made it easy to understand and guided us throughout the process. I recommend him 10000/10. You won’t regret it one bit.

Nicholas did an amazing job. I have been looking to purchase a home for a few months now. Been through a few realtors that wasted mine and their time. I gave him all the criteria I would like met for my future home and he made sure to pick out the best houses for me. The home I fell in love with was listed a little out of my price range and he was even able to negotiate a smaller price and I was able to get the house. I am so in love with my home and If it wasn’t for Nick I wouldn’t have ever gotten this home. He is there for you and is so knowledgeable.
Nick was an absolutely pleasure to work with! He knows his stuff and took a lot of pride in finding me what I wanted. He was able to negotiate the price I wanted and made the process very smooth. Even though this was my 3rd house, Nick still went above and beyond to keep me informed of the process and made sure to get answers all my questions. Will definitely do business with again.
- Melissa MullenNick was great to work with, start to finish. Very patient, kind and never failed to go the extra mile. Even doing things the seller's realtor should have been doing. Highly recommend.
- Nancy MathewsNick was so friendly and helpful finding me a great rental house. He saved me time and money with his connections knowing which properties already had pending applications. When I'm looking to buy in Vegas he will be my guy!
- Peter SennelloLet me say! One of the nicest realtors I have ever met! He has been very helpful and answered every single question we have asked! Highly recommend him!!!! I know he will find us the perfect house!
