  • Nicholas listed, but didn't sell, my home

      SCAM ARTIST!!!! DO NoT TRUST THIS MAN TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!!! Committed fraud against insurance company NICB report#18121704 and by flooding my home with the landlord after we paid and then attempted to tell me that I should use him as the real estate broker to buy the property when it goes for short sale, if i don't pay rent and back my landlord into a corner. When I said I will have no part in this Nicholas threatened me: if I report him to the authorities he will not finish fixing my house because his friend Paul the adjuster working on the fraudulent flood will get into trouble for making out the estimate they told him to. Then he came to court when I was suing my landlord instead of being a part of their scam and got thrown out of the court room for acting out by the bailiff.

    • Nicholas never responded to my request

        Nick owes me $230 from back in JUNE 2018 (its now almost march 2019) for lawn and landscaping work I did for a property he was selling. Had me maintain the lawn & hedges for 3 months and put in mulch. Never paid me- never answers calls/texts or emails. Fraudster. Contactors beware! Scam artist. NIIIICCCKKKK payyy meeee!
