I was moving from out of state to Knoxville and contacted Nic a few months out before moving. He immediately responded to my email. That was the start of a great home buying experience. Nic and his team walked along side my wife and I the whole process. They were knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and requests, quick to respond to texts and emails, and a lot of fun to work with. I will use Nic and his team again for sure in a future sell or buy of a house.

Nic has been incredible to work with. About two years ago when my wife and I were trying to purchase a house, a friend recommended Nic to us. We had a wonderful experience with him. He replied to our emails/text messages in a timely manner. He was respectful, caring, and professional. He made a stressful situation (the purchase of a new house) easier than it would have otherwise been. Nic demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Knoxville. Throughout the process, it was obvious that he was on our side, watching for our interests. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nic (and his team) if you are in the market for a new home (figuratively and literally).

Nic helped us buy our last home. He was very hands on and helpful. While not pushy at all he did help us make a decision when we needed to be made and we couldnt be happier with the house we ended up with. Nic handled the negotiations like a champ, even when we wanted to pay more for the house so we wouldnt lose it, Nic had a strategy and it worked. A great guy who works hard, is genuine, and knows what hes doing. Highly recommend him and his team.
