Nick is a great guy that obviously loves what he does. When we were looking for ourdream home in the Fort Myers area he just happened to be the one to answer thephone at the real estate office. We consider it our lucky day. He was veryprofessional and personable and genuinely interested in finding us the best housefor the money. He found us the perfect home. We lived in our home for 2 years butunfortunately we had to move back north for health reasons. There was no doubt inour minds who we would get to sell our home, Nick. He is the greatest!

Nick, I met you through the internet as I lived in New Jersey and you were in Cape Coral. We were looking to move to Florida and came to visit a friend in Cape Coral. We set up an appointment with you and thats how a great friendship began. Not only were you a hard working realtor but you were honest and someone I could trust. After returning to New Jersey we were in contact almost daily. You really worked your butt off to find us a nice home. Finally one went for sale on Hunters Run Golf Course and after two months of negotiations we got it. The house is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I purchased my home at the end of 2015. I live out of state, and I purchased my Florida home with Nicholas as my agent. I excitedly put in an offer on a house that I really liked, but the inspection didnt go as planned. Nicholas and I discussed the options, and we agreed to have him adjust the original offer. The owners gave their counter offer, and then Nicholas crunched the numbers so I had the facts necessary to decide whether to move forward with the purchase of that property. Ultimately, I decided not to buy that house. Eventually, I found a property that I liked even more than house #1, and this time all the pieces fell into place! Nicholas set me up with all the players that I needed to be in contact with in order to have the closing done from a distance, and everything went smoothly, thanks to Nicholas hard work. In 2015 we made the move to the Sunshine State, however our home in Indiana sold within 24 hrs of listing it and we needed to find our Florida forever home immediately. Nicholas was there for us from the initial phone call while still in Indy to the crazy week we spent in Ft. Myers looking for that home here.
